Yes, I use the Ceylon form of cinnamon for help with diabetes. I get it here on Amazon too... Swanson has it.... called True Cinnamon. I also don't like the higher dose of chromium in this. I use 200 mcg or less for more flexibility, to take it multiple times a day without getting too much.

Higher than Cassia or Ceylon. This product contains 1000mg of Cinnamomum burmannii also called Indonesia Cinnamon. "The most common and cheapest type of cinnamon in the US is made from powdered C. burmannii. Cinnamomum burmannii oil contains no eugenol but higher amounts of coumarin than Cassia and Ceylon cinnamon with 2.14 g/kg in an authenticated sample." From Wikipedia. So if you are concerned about liver disease/worsening and so forth, I'd not recommend this particular form of cinnamon. Try a form of cinnamon that contains Ceylon instead.  "Ceylon has less coumarin than the other varieties, and is often recommended above others by the alternative health community and many conventional doctors as well since coumarin can cause liver damage in high dosages." Note: I'm not an advocate for Ceylon, Cassia or any other form of cinnamon, I'm just a concerned consumer who bought two bottles of this product and ended up with high liver enzymes as a result (it could be because of other issues/medications/lifestyle) yet if you are concerned about your liver use with caution and/or in lower dosage.  I stopped taking this product, and I am switching to Ceylon if I can find it. Hopefully, you are not one of the people sensitive to coumarin, I am.
