Ice pack knee
Great cold pack for the knees. Sometimes I use one in the front and one in the back l. My knees love them and so so I. I just wish they would stay colder longer

Best for knee surgery healing and sore knees
Great quality and great size easy to adjust and very comfortable has a soft material on the Inside so I need for towels ect it would be great for post knee surgery healing and also anyone with sore knees I’d get two if both knees hurt but it works wonders it is flexible too so you can walk around with it on

Thaws Out Much Too Fast
It's a great idea but it just doesn't stay frozen for very long. I put it in the freezer overnight after receiving it. I put it on my knee and it stayed frozen for about 5-10 minutes. I'm supposed to "ice" my knee for 15-20 minutes. It's not even cold after 20 minutes on my knee!

Just get them! They are more than worth it!
I just put these on 5 minutes ago for the first time, but they changed the game with these bad boys. I have a knee injury from 9 months ago that caused my other knee to be over worked. They are both healing nicely now, and icing them in the evening has been a huge help! These get very cold, and have two sides ( as modeled in my photo) one plush like side to be less cold on skin, and a more direct contact side.Straps are plenty long to fit most size knees or legs
