They work great. And I highly recommend them. I will remind you though. That since they need to be recharged, you might want to put vein unit in a way it can be removed or charged.

These lights are wonderful for stairs. They overall stick well, but occasionally have trouble sticking to painted surfaces. A little double sided tape has been helpful to maintain the lights securing to the surface. The lights last an average of a week before they need to be charged (if you’re using the auto setting).They are nice and discreet. The lights are also quite bright at night!

I added these in my closets and I love them. Had to get some for my wife after she saw my side turned out.

The media could not be loaded. When I first got these I absolutely loved them. They were so cool and such an affordable upgrade to my pantry! I loved them so much I immediately bought another pack. However that next morning I noticed they came unstuck. I thought I must have not pushed it on hard enough and reapplied. But every morning I have to stick them back up now. I’m not sure if I’ll return them or find a way to make them stick better. But I wanted to let people know. These are cool but they won’t stay put for me unfortunately.

Updated after 3 months - batteries would not hold a strong charge and would not last long on the charge they did hold. Batteries only have so many cycles, I understand that, but should perform for longer than maybe 3 months. Luckily removing the 2 lights only caused drywall and paint destruction when we removed that caused more of a headache than the enjoyment from 3 months of cool LED lights.I'm using this product in a coat closet that doubles as the food/water station for an overweight cat. I didn't want to leave the light on in this closet 24/7 so he can find his food every 15 minutes. Conceptually this light works great, motion sensing works just fine. Time will tell on battery life but as with all batteries, they will quit holding a charge at some point.The biggest problem with this product is that the lights stay on for a short period of time. I have not timed it but would really love this product if you could adjust this aspect. I have the sensor near the door to turn on when you first walk in but if you are in the back of the closet looking for something, it will turn off very quickly.Overall, it works. Advice - be sure that either the motion sensor is pointed to where you/pet/whatever will be moving or make sure you can do what you need in a quicker than expected 18 seconds.

Works very well. Really nice to open a closet door and see everything. Purchased one (2 pack), then bought another. Planning on purchasing another set.

My initial thought was to leave 5 star rating for this product. The lights are bright, easy to install and produce abundant light in my once very dark closet space. The adhesive is not very strong, or at least both the battery portion and the string would not really stick to my wall. But that was an easy fix as I decided to nail the strips on to the closet ceiling with very short finishing nails and then I used additional very strong tape to attach the charger base to the side wall. The charge up process was seamless at first, with the provided cable, and took only few hours to get a full charge. The charge lasted me for quite a while so recharging did not not feel like a chore as it was rather quick. I connected the charging cable to my PC. However, after re-charging each light only 3 times (I had bought 2 sets) the provided cable no longer fits in the charging port; it is as the port is too wide now for the cable and the cable will slip out from the charging base. So I am left with two sets of lights that I can no longer use and a very dark closet again. Also, since too much time has passed I can no longer return the lights. Very disappointed and for this I give it only 2 stars.
