They sent a whole new bottle of jam
I've been having mapros jam since I was a kid. I like it. It's actually jelly. Not the exact texture of jam. But better than many other jams. Kissan's Berry blast was better. But hey, I appreciate the fact that I sent them a photo of a damaged bottle where the seal was broken and they sent me a new one.. that's a good customer retention practice.Taste is also quite good. Try it with kissan peanut butter and toasted wholewheat bread you'll like it.This jelly can be added to cakes, yogurts and ice cream too..Go ahead and buy it. Enjoy!

Really need to do something about the consistency
It gets clumpy and difficult to apply on bread. Jam quality is good, tasty, real strawberries but its very difficult to spread.

Very nice
The strawberry jam (whole) is such a great item ..it is very tasty and one can feel strawberry pieces in it … not full of strawberries but you won’t unhappy ..main attraction of this jam it is very thick and easy to use and have many strawberry pieces in it …just lovely..thanks mapro and Amazon for such a great jam

Fabulous
The new container is fabulous. It will stay, even when all the content is consumed. The jam is a perrineal favourite, quality exceptional. At this price, value for money.

Two layered jam
Strawberrys only on the top half. Bottom half is regular jam. Not a single strawberry. It is as if the jar is filled kindly two layers.

Recd with inside seal open
The product is good but recd one jar with open seal inside.Will never again buy these type of jams in the future,on Amazon
