This is the only organic willow bark I have been able to find. I use it to help with the stress of doing lots of physical outdoor labor. My job demands that I do an excess of labor, with very limited downtime for recovery, so something like this is a great benefit. It is possible that aspirin can have negative side effects on the stomach and/or gut, so I have switched over to white willow bark, which contains natural tannins that reduce the impact on the stomach lining and gut. I recommend doing your own research and taking the plethora of health benefit claims with a grain of salt, but as far as I am concerned, this product is a permanent replacement for other anti-inflammatories. Pain relief seems to depend on the type of pain, however.

I weaned myself off of Advil and onto this when nursing a chronic leg wound that wouldn't heal.I expected a possible upset stomach, but followed the directions on the label and had no negative side effects.Inflammation and pain went down within about 20 minutes.I did have to use one more than the label suggested to achieve the same pain relief as Advil though, but it worked wonderfully!

This product seems great for pain relief. I take it along with my turmeric capsules. Works very well.

As advertised, it's a great pain killing and anti-inflammatory supplement.
