Q: Is this product customized to certain regions in U.S.?

Clyde's chart is designed with a sliding frost line so that it is useful throughout most of North America where ever frost is a critical gardening factor, and comes with a national list of local frost dates. Chart is less useful in southern California, South Florida and South Texas. However it is still helpful providing: planting distances, seed quantity requirements, sunlight requirements, minimum soil temperatures for germination, expected yield and companion planting information. Q: Does it change and update annually?

Clyde's chart can be used year after year! The chart is designed with a sliding red line which represents the "Average" first and last frost dates. Frost dates change year to year, but the average frost date for each area remains relatively stable over time. There is no need to purchase a new chart each year.

Q: Does this include gardening in Alaska?

This was a gift for someone in Pacific Northwest and I haven't followed up to find out if they used it or not. The description says:" Comes with listing of Local Frost Dates, USA and Canada (Has a Sliding Frost Line)", I'm guessing the USA information includes Alaska, but don't know for sure. The description also includes:" Note: Chart is less useful in southern California, South Florida and South Texas where frost is not a critical gardening factor." It also appears to have a sliding red frost line. It's only $7.00 with free return so if in doubt and you don't get any other answers go for it.

Q: Do you have this in a higher quality material? Also, I would love to see PH levels on these for hydroponic/hybrid systems.

Seasons topsoil-duff-litter with soil Ph helps root system. Lavender Dill and small dry compost piles, some others aid help pry repel bad insects too. A study up to learn your intown style.
