I ordered this hand grip to strengthen my grip strength and forearms and after using it for about a week I can say that it does the job. The build quality is good, although it is made of plastic, it's quite sturdy.The handles have a rubber grip for extra support and the spring is made of good quality stainless steel. Moreover, the resistance range is quite versatile, ranging from 10-40 kg. I consider myself strong but even I find it difficult past halfway.I hope the hand grip lasts me long and I become a stronger version of myself!

The resistance is adjustable up to 40 kg, which is perfectly adequate for most human beings. The handles are strong, yet comfortable. The gadget is pretty durable. And it does wonders for your grip and forearm.It is well known that grip strength is a critical indicator of general health -- I am a senior citizen -- and whether you are carrying groceries, a heavy suitcase or doing chin-ups, you need good grip strength. While the Strauss hand-grip is *not* a substitute for other forearm exercises, it is remarkably convenient to have around the house (and while travelling -- I don't go anywhere without it). You can use it while reading a book or lying on a couch watching Netflix, and the results are excellent. For the price, it is one of the better investments I have made towards good health.
