Before using this pre workout I could see definition in my body improve post workout but I wasn’t building muscle the way I was hoping to and I was lacking the energy I needed to really push myself in order to reach my gym goals. After using this pre i’ve been able to lift 3x the weight I could prior. I started off with drinking 2 scoops to see how I’d react and upped it to 3 after 2 or 3 weeks which has worked best for me. I have all the energy I need and more to get the full workout I want without feeling sick and shaky as long as i’m not working out on an empty stomach obviously. I had issues with other pres and energy drinks giving me the shakes or anxiety or both lol so you can imagine how happy I am to have found something that doesn’t. Even the flavor is yummy! You can also use this as a little boost for the day not just for pre workout (I take 1 scoop in this case) ! If you’re hesitant about purchasing this just buy it! It’s vegan, natural caffeine, tastes good, and does what it says it will. What more could I ask for? (for reference, i’ve been taking this for 3ish months I believe)

I bought this after searching for a vegan preworkout, with no sucralose, nasty artificial dyes or other toxic ingredients. I wanted to quit my morning coffee habit and replace it with something that gave me energy without the crash. Aster reading a ton of labels, and even more reviews, I chose Aminolean Acai. I use one scoop (instead of two) because I am caffeine sensitive, and it has been AMAZING for my energy levels- plus, no crash at all. It took from March2-May 2 for me to use the entire container. I will say that I don't really like the Acai flavor, it's very kool-aid-y to me, so I mixed it with my emergen-c every morning and drank it quickly, lol. It's not terrible, doesnt make me shudder, but it's not my favorite. If you like fruit punch etc, youll probably love the Acai. Now I am on my 2nd container, and I got the Pineapple Coconut Flavor, it's so tasty, I love it! I honestly feel a lot better off of coffee, which is now an occasional treat instead of a daily habit, and the addition of the BCAAs is so good for my body. I am studying to complete yoga teacher training right now, and I really feel that this product has fueled my daily practice. A few times, if I am low on energy and have a lot to do, I will drink 1/2 a scoop and it has never failed me, thus far. I seriously love this stuff right now. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend you try it, it might be what you are looking for, too.

I have tried a few vegan preworkout supplements in the past and all have been relatively disappointing (either not enough kick or too much kick). I have also tried pure plant-based caffeine pills which are okay for me but I wanted to have something that forced me to drink water with it. I decided to purchase this on a whim because I have been working a lot and needed a bit of energy to keep my workouts going. I feel noticeably more energized and alert beginning and throughout my workout and it has led to some serious improvements for me in the last few weeks I've been using it. I purchased the acai flavor and although I like it, I do think some might find it overly strong or sweet (my partner can smell it across the room). I do not love that it doesn't dissolve completely and some of the mixture pools at the bottom of the water bottle so I have to shake repeatedly while drinking. Also, it says no sugar but it does use stevia leaf extract so I suggest doing your research to see how you feel about that ingredient before you purchase.

Got this product for a recovery drink and energy. So far so good. It doesn’t give me the jitters or make me itchy. I don’t feel a huge surge of energy but I do notice that I don’t get too low during the day. The quality is great and the packaging was good as well and sealed. I do notice a slight decrease in appetite which is perfect. It dissolves easily and the taste is not bad. It mixes well with juice if you really don’t like the flavor.

I really like this flavor is good and nice steady energy all day. Are usually mix it with my Stanley cup and ice water in the morning. I have replaced my coffee for the last three months and I’m the type of person who had a double espresso twice a day.

I thought I would try something new for my pre-workout drink. It tastes ok, not great. After starting to use this pre and post workout drink, I noticed that I was getting dizzy and a little nauseous. I couldn't figure out what was going on, by the 5th day it dawned on me that it was this new addition to my supplements. I had felt nauseous and dizzy for days and then Sunday (no workout day) I didn't consume this drink and I felt fine. I thought, no way, it couldn't be this stuff, drank it on Monday and the dizziness and nausea are back. I came here to read reviews and notice that several other people have had this same experience. I am not sure what's in this stuff that causes the issue, but this stuff is going in the garbage. I take all kinds of supplements without issue and am not sensitive to this kind of stuff. If you drink this and all the sudden have dizziness and nausea this is likely the culprit. :(

The only thing I don’t like about this product is I wouldn’t use it as a pre workout. I don’t feel like it gives you that explosive energy that other to rework outs do. With that being said I love this product! It’s great as a coffee replacement, it has a great taste, great for when you need a little energy boost in the middle of the day. I take this to work with me and drink it after lunch to keep my energy going for my whole shift. It has replaced red bulls and or drinking coffee all day. It’s light, has a great taste, and you don’t feel bloated or crash like other energy drinks. I even drink it some times at home as a little energy boost to do chores or to stay motivated and focused on homework.
