I have been taking them for around six months and definitely seen an improvement in my peri-menopausal skin. Easy to swallow and no after taste. Good value and Healthspan's usual good quality. I had tried the powdered and liquid collagen but these tablets showed far more improvement at a fraction of the cost.

I had been using powered Collegen you add to water which did not taste nice! These are easy to swallow costed tablets. I have been taking these for my cartalage damage with Glucosamine and Chondroitin for the last 3 months. I have to say there is a definate improvement in my joints. I would recommend.

These come in a letterbox sized package and are a good price.
