Mine came with an adjustable handle.

The width of the rake head is 60 cm

Q: Is this suitable for raking dead weeds from a lawn?

I use it to rake out dead bracken and fallen leaves stuck in the grass as well as strimmed weeds/grass so hopefully it would also do what you need it to do. I found it excellent for everything I've used it for.

Q: How heavy is it in kg please

It’s very light weight probably less than half a kilo. Having said that I’m a gardener using a small van and the rake reduces in size making it easy to keep in the van and extend when I require to use it. Which gets plenty of use in my job.
