Apple iPhone XS, 64GB, Silver (Renewed)

Arrived in perfect condition, wrapped in protective plastic and bubble wrapped inside box. Also came with a quality screen protector and charging cable both supplied new and boxed along with a USB plug, new and sealed in a bag. All neatly packed in a small box. Battery health an amazing 86%, excellent for the age of the phone. Fantastic value for money, highly recommend.

Great packaging, phone works great, shame about the battery, needs servicing. But at that price who cares.

I’m not a massive phone feature user. Most of my stuff I do on an iPad, so I’m not overly bothered about iPhone features, so I begrudge paying several hundreds of pounds for a phone that gets used for texts and calls.I’d been struggling on with an original IPhone SE until the battery caused too many problems.Bought this Renewed phone, but it looks like new. Not a mark or a scratch. Great screen, good battery life and using it as a 4G personal hotspot, it’s much faster than the SE.Face recognition works a treat and on a recent trip to France, Apple Pay was the only thing I used to pay for things. Supermarkets, Tabacs all accepted it. Almost at the point where I could consider going out without a wallet.Speakers are nice and loud and the camera is great.I’d buy Renewed again in a heartbeat.

Phone was received in a cosmetically immaculate state but faulty from the start.The battery percentage will not move from 100% even when it is fully discharged. Battery health claims 100% but it is clearly an incredibly poor quality third party knock off. Further usage clearly points to a faulty battery. The device will switch itself off at 20 and even 50 percent battery and report as being completely dead.The phone was clearly not tested correctlyNo real testing seems to have taken place as the phone should have never been sold in this state. And the use of dodgy replacement parts is something that more than likely goes against amazons terms as a seller.Similar reviews state the same issue along with googling the company and mentions of shady practices and buying off seem commonplace.Seller has been contacted but I am not hopeful. Hopefully Amazon will assist with getting a refund as this phone was urgently needed.UPDATE After a week of waiting for a response and Amazons intervention the seller responded and completely ignored the issue

I wanted to replace my I phone but didn’t want to pay £450 plus. So I searched on Amazon and found a reconditioned I phone SX for £140approx. I placed an order, and was a totally amazed upon receipt of the phone. It was , honestly, as good as new, complete with charger and ready to use. I followed the instructions and transfered all my data etc from my old to my new I phone. I really was taken aback, thinking the phone would be second hand. Not at all!, as new in every way. Would recommend this company to all my family, friends and anyone else thinking of changing their current mobile for another, without breaking the bank or paying £45-£55 a month to one of the big companies. It may be a 3 year old model, but the iPhone XS is still a beautifully made mobile with great features. The Amazon Renewed phone from Grade Mobile looked and operated like new and, at a price pf £289, it certainly beats most of the mid-range Android phones or even an iPhone SE. Top quality Amoled screen, fast processor, up to date IOS, good camera with telephoto and wireless charging, The only thing missing is 5G, but another year or so on 4G is fine, since the 5G network is still very hit and miss.

Battery had some issues. Otherwise it’s good

I received my iphone 2 days before advised and I have set it up no problem, condition is as advertised it’s great condition I was also provided with a screen protector. Would definitely recommend.
