Excellent quality - be aware, the pan is oval not round
This pan is lovely to look at, and a very pleasing shape, however that does not necessarily make it a good "fit" on heating element of hob as most elements are round and the pan is very definitely oval, which doesn't show up well in the photographs on this website. I turned it to correspond with the marked areas of heat on my induction hob which made for better heat distribution but a bit awkward to use with other elements as the handle was then over another source of heat.I have tested it with fish as well as other products such as mushrooms, eggs, bacon. It has a slight rise in the middle but nonetheless seems to cook pretty evenly. The pan is good quality, has a good weight and feel to it and cleaning is a breeze thanks to the ceramic surface which is VERY non stick.A good addition the my pan cupboard; slightly more than I would expect to pay, but only by a few pounds.

GOOD QUALITY PAN...
When this non-stick pan arrived I was immediately impressed. It is described as a Fish Pan- and I think this relates to the Oval Shape, as opposed to the usual round pan design. It looks sleek and modern and I could imagine myself using it to bring food straight to the table. This is a quality product, being of a good weight with an ergonomic sturdy handle which can be used to hang the pan up on a rack if so desired. I have Induction hobs, so it was reassuring to see that this pan is suitable for that. The Pan is said to provide quick and even heating. The Infinity ceramic non-stick coating looks and feels very substantial, designed for intensive daily use and , it says, can withstand metal utensils, though personally this is something I would not risk. I notice there is a limited lifetime warranty which suggests the company are confident of their product. All in all, this seems a good quality product and I can see nothing to dislike about this.

Great for delicate flat fish
Brilliant pan, so much easier to cook larger or wider fish, handle very good shape and is well placed to balance pan with a lager fish, non stick is very good non stick, very easy to clean, just an all round good fish pan.

Fantastic but NOT SUITABLE FOR GAS RANGES, terrible smell
I LOVED this pan. It worked beautifully, cleaned perfectly, and is NOT teflon.Unfortunately, we have a gas range. Why is that important? Well, after using it the first time, out house filled with a horrible, acrid burnt plastic smell. We couldn’t figure it out. It lasted almost 24 hours. Finally I found an online review from the USA describing the exact same issue and related it to the handle. Sure enough, our plastic pan handle showed a tiny crack and it stunk. I had to return it even though I loved it, the smell was just unbearable.

Liked it, didn't love it
I'm impressed with the pan per se, I like the ceramic rather than teflon, I like the very flat, wide surface area and it's a doddle to clean. But....it's incredibly expensive at nearly £60 and it has no lid - so you can't poach fish in it very well, too much evaporation of liquid. If this was around the £40 mark and had a lid, I'd be raving about it, but I can't see how the price tag is justified. It washes like a dream though, literally a quick wipe and it's clean. I won't put this in the dishwasher though, I think the surface will scratch every easily and I'm not taking that risk. This is a pan for wooden or silicon utensils only, I'm afraid. I like it, but it's not all that special and if anything, I'm a bit disappointed.

Loved it
I love this pan shape. Shame there is no lid. It’s great for induction cookers where you can link two hobs, so it works well on my Neff induction hob. It did scratch a little but that could be the husband! So only use wooden or silicon spoons and also no scrubbers. Also al food cooked has tasted amazing.
