My opinion
As a music director, it is essential for me to listen and identify the sounds and sequences. These headphones fulfill their function and have not failed since I bought them. I have had them for 3 months. I had previously bought them from another brand and they broke down on me at once.

Amazing
Ive owned some very high end speakers and headphones over the years. I am blown away by these $25 hybrids. Admittedly i had no expectation. Next thing it was 4 am and i had listened to 3 hours lf music without pause.

All around great pair of earphones
These are great earbuds. Over the years ive bought 3 of them, only because at sometime I lost them. It's not because they stopped working. The first pair lasted a couple years before everything seamed to switch to Bluetooth. I got this last pair to use with an old ipod i bought. It is working great. The best part for me is the cord has something in it that makes it wrap around your ear. It helps keep it secure and in place. (though it is difficult to photograph one's own ear)The sound from them is also awsome. Since the fit is snug the noise canceling is significant on top of great quality sound.

Excellent value, would recommend!
I do not perform live, however wanted to dip my toes into the IEM waters since I've never tried them before, as a bass player who records cover videos, and also records some original music in GarageBand and Abelton. I record through a Scarlett 2i2 and usually have them plugged into that, with a 1/4" adapter. Prior to ordering these, I was using and still use the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pros, which work well for monitoring in mixing, however they are traditional, large closed back headphones. I've found these IEM's work very well for monitoring while recording. I was surprised to read at least 1 review that said they lacked bass because I find them to be a just a bit on the bassy side, but for a bassist, as you might imagine this isn't a problem. For mixing, I can use them taking into account and adjusting accordingly, given that they are a bit bass-y to me, and when compared to the DT 770's. They are also loud. I can turn down the volume knob on the 2i2 much lower than when using the DT 770's, and have the same amount of volume coming through for monitoring or mixing. This isn't a detriment and may make sense for live performing where one might need more volume coming through in that environment. They do block ambient noise well, but keep in mind I'm recording in a pretty basic home studio setting, where there is not much loud ambient noise apart from the dog barking occasionally, or a car going by outside. I did buy an inexpensive headphone extension cord in order to have more room around when recording cover videos. For live performing, I'd imagine there wouldn't be a problem with the cord length, if hooked into a wireless receiver. I should also say, I do find them comfortable for extended use, the tips that were on as they came, were what worked best for me, I do believe they were the middle size. I am very pleased overall with the purchase of these and will continue to use them, hoping that some day I'll be able to try them out performing live with a band.

Great for gaming, Awesome for music
I bought these to connect to my Quest 3 for gaming, and I have to say, they exceed all expectations in regards to music and game sound cues. Signifigantly better than my closed back headphones and other wireless earbuds, would buy again.

The IEMs that changed my mind
Ever since I got my first portable music player, I've hated IEMs. They were uncomfortable, constantly felt like they were going to fall out of my ears, and turned every movement into a booming or scraping sound inside my head. Even as I got older and graduated to more reputable headphones, I wouldn't touch IEMs, no matter how highly rated they were. But I saw these recommended everywhere, as as they were so cheap, I decided to take a chance on them. And it was these sub-$30 buds that finally convinced me of how great IEMs can be.First of all, the sound quality is on par with my main headphones, the original AirPods. I wouldn't say they sound better than those, and the sound signature is quite different, with these having more bass and a rich sound that comes from having the drivers closer to your ears. But the fact that the sound is on the same level for about a sixth of the price is insane. No, it's not ~the best~ sound you can buy — and I'm not an audiophile — but it's definitely among the best you can buy at this price.Even more shocking to me was how well they fit. They really match the natural ear shape in a way that makes a huge difference. Now, I wasn't a big fan of the original silicon tips; they were okay, but felt a little loose sometimes (and my ears are different shapes, which doesn't help). That problem was quickly solved by the acquisition of some memory foam tips, which are inexpensive and easy to find here on Amazon. These are the first IEMs that I can wear for hours at a time without my ears starting to hurt (which usually happens in less than an hour with the other ones I've tried). And better fit means better noise isolation. I think "cancelation" is an inaccurate term because it implies that there's some active process going on, and these of course don't have ANC, but they block out a lot of surrounding noise. If I have music playing through them, I basically can't hear anything else going on around me.Now...these are cabled IEMs. That's probably the sticking point for many people, and indeed, being shackled to my phone felt like a big step backwards after years of wireless earphones. But you have a multitude of options at your disposal to fix that. Get a Bluetooth reciever if you want. Or remove the ZSN Pro's cable, which is swappable and non-proprietary, and replace it with a Bluetooth one for about $20. Or spend a little more and get adapters that turn them into true wireless earphones. Considering that Bluetooth earphones at this price don't come anywhere close to the ZSNs in sound quality, I'd say that it's worth a little investment. No, they're not perfect. No, they're not nearly as convenient as AirPods. But something humble and inexpensive managed to change the mind of this IEM hater, and for that reason, they're worth a listen. You don't have much to lose.
