I have naturally curly hair and I love this product. Leaves my hair soft, reduces the frizz, and doesn’t look greasy or heavy. It smells amazing as well. I’m throwing out most of my other curl creams, none of them work nearly as well.

I have 3a-3b curly hair. I got a sample size in an ipsy box and really liked it so I bought the larger size.I've tried a lot of curl products and most of them are sticky or oily and make my hair feel and look yucky.My hair gets really frizzy and sometimes there's no real curl definition it's just an 80's poof. I love curls but my hair almost never behaves. The ends are dry too.This stuff is the only curl cream that has worked so far. It makes my hair soft, controls frizz, smells good and defines my curls.The only thing I would say is that I never even looked at the ingredients, I just bought it cuz it worked and the sample was great. But I noticed a lot of ingredients I would not usually put in my hair, like mineral oil. I hope it doesn't damage or dry out my hair with long term use.Other than that, this has helped be able to wear my hair down instead of always putting it up in a bun due to frizz so I'll keep using it until I notice any ill effect.

I saw this little creature on tiktok using this product. She is white and I thought had similar curls to mine. She has a lot more hair than i do.Very dense. But turns out it's thicker than mine and so it didn't work as well for me.My hair is a bit too thin to hold this heavier product, I gave it to a friend who has thicker individual hairs and of course it made her hair spectacular. Mine is just too thin and weak to really support the product and get the best of its effects. If you have baby thin hair, it will just give you an 80s wet look. So I recommend this product for women with a veritable lion's mane of curls. I just wish it worked for my anemic curls like it did for my friend's super luxurious hair. ::sigh::I do recommend that all ladies with curly hair should look into products made for POC though if they want a product made specifically with curls in mind.

This product was bought on a whim to try and find something to work with our crazy curls with out getting frizzy. This stuff works wonders. We use it all the time! Great stuff!

Some context: I have naturally 3A hair but you'd never know it given how much damage I've done. I'm ridiculously over-processed. My hair is chemically straightened, repeatedly colored/highlighted, frequently heat-styled, and I've been in the pool all summer. I can't believe I did this to myself.I also can't believe how much this curl activator has changed my life. Check out my before and after photos. I decided that I have to stop hurting my hair - but I no longer had the option of wearing it curly. It looked like wild strands of errant straw. I've been wearing it up- that was my only inexpensive option. BUT THEN! I received this product in a monthly beauty box and it shocked me - I could wear my hair down again. After the first use I immediately purchased the full size. This works better than anything else I've tried - and I've tried way too many products.Seriously, I've endlessly deep conditioned my hair, applied leave-in conditioners, and I keep argan oil on my lengths/ends. I don't KNOW what ingredient in here finally worked - but my hair sprang to life. For the first time in months, I can wear my hair down. It didn't restore my former curl pattern, but it revived my curls enough that I feel confident owning my air-dried hair.I seriously love this product - give it a try!

Love love love these twisted sista products as a curly girl any product that can enhance your natural curl, not make it crunchy or hard and decrease frizz is a rare find. I recently moved to a different state and they have hard water, my curls have been very unhappy since! Then I found this product and my curls have been brought back to life! If you are a curly girl this curl activator is a must have! You will thank me! Also the 30 second curl spray, as a curly girl you can not wash your everyday or you will end up looking like your single handedly trying to revive the 70’s Afro so when you are on day 2 or three this curl spray works great to refresh your slept on curls! The attached pics are day one then day two hair. Ok so buy this and let the I’m having a fabulous hair day selfies begin!

Product just did not work for me. Not only did I find it drying, it was also added weight to my curls, and made my eyes watery. All in all, this product was not meant for me: my hair is quite spiral curly, but the actual hair shaft is thin, there's just a ton of it (too much for one person to deal with, LOL.) Anyway, I have it three stars because I think it's probably a great product, just not for those of us with lots of hair just not particularly thick hair strands... And I have zero idea if that made sense.
