Soak
My son and I weight and football training together. He's getting old ( and big) enough where I'm taking the worst of our contact and boxing drills. I make sure I always have a couple bags of this laying around. It works and is a good value.

Great Smell
It has a great lavender smell not too strong of it. I hope that the brand will make a bigger bag. Also I didn't get any skin irritation that sometimes other brands can give me.
