The real Italian "00" flour from Italy
Great flour which works great for pizza dough and other breads. Now I've found it for $30 less locally at a restaurant supply store, so you may want to look around before purchasing here.

Excellent and convenient
After checking with a couple local gourmet grocery stores, I was unable to find this option locally. Amazon makes it very convenient to purchase a large quantity of this flour. The only negative is the price has gone up close to 30% since the last time I purchased it.
