I was using the regular Yerba Prima before, not these prebiotic for a long time it worked well. I saw this one and wanted to try it with the pre biotic to see if there was a differnece, its quite more effective to say the least.Ive been taking the regular ones 2 a day after dinner for a few years and they work fine, but these are a little more effective in my opinion. Pretty obvious the next day.I take 2 only per day never have taken more than that, it works for me. Dont over do it, sometimes less is more! Two of these a day will defitnitly keep your system healthy. Some friends take them a few hours before dinner they say it keeps their stomach feeling full. I dont watch my weight I dont eat junk.

I was having some bowel regularity and ease of going issues. I knew my two meal a day plan was going to be short on fiber so I bought a powderer product that was very high in sugar and did not make much of a difference. In consultation with my doctor, he directed me to the psyllium capsule approach and I selected yerba after some research. This product has been excellent. I have good bowel movements without the need to strain (and without a panic to find a bathroom). I can't speak directly to what the product is also doing with the intestinal track health, but certainly no objectionable side effects. I have only been taking this for a few weeks, but so far, very pleased with the results.

We started on this over a decade ago - back then we used the powder and shook it with O.J. - kinda a hassle,but worth it. These days I take six of these in the morning and I'm good - so long as I stick to the daily habit I really feel it does me good - go a few days without? Then you KNOW it's been doing you good and you hop back on - excellent product.

I've ordered this a few times now, mixing in with metamucil and others. The biggest benefit to this brand over others is, for some reason, I don't get bloated on this. It also doesn't get stuck in my throat. I suspect it's how the outer layer is tougher than others. Overall, better than metamucil, and easier to take places.

We use this product daily. It is essential for a healthy gut.
