Wilkin & Sons Cumberland Sauce 227g

It was part of a recipe we were trying called Cumberland Sausage Pie and it definitely added to the flavour and we would highly recommend both, the pie and the Cumberland sauce and we are converted to both

With cumberland sauce becoming harder and harder to find in the shops, it was great to be able to order this online. The jars were very well protected in transit and the contents delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

Wilkins have always made good stuff and their Cumberland Sauce is as good as if not better than most competitor brands. I can never understand why the mainline supermarkets don't seem to sell it.If you have the time and for a special occasion prepare a suitable sized portion, add a few fresh red currents, a dash of port and some chopped fresh mint and warm in a small saucepan and serve. Delicious with lamb.

i used this to go with chicken liver pate and it is marvellous takes lovely my mum even had it with her turkey on christmas day would highly reccommend

Hard to find in stores. A nice alternative to have for meats and poultry. We serve it with fondue meats as an option.

Cumberland sauce is getting difficult to obtain from high street retailers and so I was delighted to find it on Amazon. The Tiptree Cumberland Sauce is still the best and nothing else is quite the same with game and mutton.

This is now quite difficult to get hold of, but is brilliant with ham at Christmas time. Based on red current jelly, but with spices including cloves.

This is simply the reference Cumberland Sauce, no need to say any more
