Stain 10” round griddle
Absolutely look this pan. Cooked the best beef filets ever. Would love to have any item in their line. If you can only afford one pan than this is the one to buy.

Expensive griddle for the performance.
I expected better from Staub based on my previous experience with the brand. It's a nice heavy, substantial pan, but foods cook a bit unevenly and stick to the pan.

Very nice griddle - love it.
Very nice griddle. I’m trying to use enameled cast iron more and non-stick skillets less. Definitely use a bit of oil, as per the instructions, before the first use.

Staub 12" Griddle Pan, Grenadine
I like it a lot! I've discovered more cooking fun with searing foods and making flatbread, among other things. This is a very handy cooking tool. I also have an 11" Le Crueset griddle pan; the Staub pan is a tad lighter but performs as well.Dimensions (since they're usually missing):top rim 12"bottom (outside) 11"depth 1-1/8"
