Pumpkin Tree Organics Super Oats & Seeds, Banana & Strawberry, 4 Ounce (Pack of 10)

Strangely enough, I don't buy these for my kids, but I wouldn't hesitate to give them to them. As a recreational road cyclist I've been looking for something healthy, tasty, and easy to carry. They do make activity specific "sports" gels and various other garbage, but they tend to contain either too much ultra-processed food derivative or are simply way over-priced. As an outdoorsman looking to these "kids pouches" has been something I've been doing for 20 years as a snack on backpacking adventures or in the mountains when I want a quick fix. They're minimally processed, come in reasonably portioned sizes, and do a great job of getting a relatively use-able amount of nutrition into your body in the shortest period possible. They're not exceptionally calorie dense, but they have some caloric value, and these particular ones are the best I've been able to find when they're priced appropriately. My rule of thumb is ~$1.25/pouch. If you're considering these while they're priced around $2, I don't think you're getting ripped off, but they are occasionally much cheaper.Even among the children's pouches, the amount of hyper-processed stuff in kids' pouches is pretty incredible unless you start looking at $2/pouch options and up and even then price rarely dictates quality of ingredients from the research that I've done. These have none of that stuff. They contain an array of different kinds of useable carbs (in the form of grains and fruit) for endurance sports (or small, hyper children), fiber to stave off tummy aches, have simple ingredients and taste pretty good... like a warm smoothie (for those interested). They're enough to keep my longer rides or rides where I need to top up with some quick nutrition, a little more comfortable.As a parent, I'll add that the mango banana flavor is the most sugar dense, so keep that in mind if you're trying to reign in your child's sugar intake. Sugar is unusually useful for long-distance cycling. If you're wondering if cycling is just an excuse to eat sugary things then I have no comment.

Great, kids love them

My 5 year old granddaughter had a lot of trauma when she was young, and didn’t learn to eat properly. These are easy fir her to manage, and great fir her!she loves the flavors, too! Thank you for this wonderful product!

My 1 year old loves this brand. She outright refuses any other. The fact that these are diary free is amazing since she also has a dairy intolerance.

Tastes great, and is very convenient for on-the-go snacking for both children and adults! My toddler loves these, and I admittedly love being lazy and making smoothies with them to take the human error out of mixing the perfect ratio of ingredients!

Easy snack for backpacking

My son loves the Peter Rabbit pouches in the pink packaging (that's what Starbucks carries), and I buy them in bulk here because it's a lot cheaper. One time they were either out of stock or at a ridiculously high price, but these, with the oats and seeds, were available at the regular price. I bought some, hoping he wouldn't care that the packaging was white. He was a little skeptical at first (he's 3!) but after he ate some of them came to prefer them. (Although it might just be that he likes white better than pink?) And they're even better for him than the ones that are just strawberry and banana. I'm just buying these now.

Grandbaby likes this and I like the ingredients.
