Bought as a gift for my daughter. Comes in a nice presentation box with a drawstring bag to keep the different coloured marbles safe, you get a few extra marbles in case any get lost. Wooden board is thick and study.The game is simple, just hop one marble over another removing the one that was hopped over each time. Idea is to get it down to a single marble left on the board. So far my 9 year old has got down to 4 and I've got down to 3. It's a simple game but does entice you into trying again and again to try get down to 1.

A relative has a much older version of solitaire with wooden balls that my children love playing with when we visit. I bought this version for my 12 year old son this Christmas, and oh my gosh he was so happy when he opened it!It now sits on our coffee table, and has been played with by every visitor we’ve had over the school holidays!Fantastic quality and comes in a lovely gift box.

What a beautifully packaged item, wrapped in tissue paper within a sturdy cardboard box, and a gift card with the name of the person who carefully packed the parcel, and finally tied up with a bow. I would be very happy to have handed this over without any further wrapping. The game is very well made in wood and complimented by bright shiny marbles,for which you receive a bag inside to store them. I would highly recommend buying from this company very happy with my purchase.

The item is as expected, and in general is very good to use. One problem is marbles are dislodged easily from the sockets. Had the marbles been a tiny bit smaller and more regular in size, it would have helped. Overall, 4 stars.

I got this item as I had it as a child and wanted to show my 10 year old daughter how to play it. I am so happy with the board which is lightweight and of a light wood colour. The glass marbles are very nice and come with enough blue marbles to go around the centre hole and then the rest of them are an almost black in colour for the rest of the board. For the price I paid I expected it just to come in a standard box but not this one, it come in a nice little brown tied with a nice bow. On opening the box the items were wrapped with some lovely wrapping with information on. Overall I am in love with this and over the moon at the craftsmanship and the price.

A simple game that occupies and educates young kids and older.Marbles can be lost and replaced.No plastic!

Bought as a gift but arrived with 7 marbles missing which I didn't know as it was gift wrapped.
