Perkier Cacao and Cashew Quinoa Bar, 35 g

Great bars and really useful in my lower carb diet. Taste and texture are great - lots of peanuts, held together well with a soft but sturdy chicory fibre and dates that stick it together. Decent protein, fat and fibre levels.Have ourchased this type many times and will be trying the others - highly recommended.

I have type2 pre diabetes. I was looking for a high protein, low carb snack for staving off hunger / hypoglycaemia that I sometimes get between meals; these bars seem to work well; also they are tasty and satisfyingly filling.

I liked the low calories and low sugar content. Good to lose weight and control diabetes. Also that the bars taste good and are crunchy.

I first had these bars at an office event and was amazed at how nice they were. Not too sweet, something to chew without losing filings and packed full with nuts. The best bit for me was no palm oil as I have an intolerance to it. Washed down with coffee, I was amazed at how refreshed I felt. I was so impressed I bought some to keep me going when working from home.

Unfortunately, the last batch I have ordered do not seem to be the same quality, taste or texture. Previously, the bars had a lovely, smooth date syrup running through them which made the bars really moist. However, this new batch is a lot drier and has larger cut up pieces of dates running through which does not give the same texture or taste. They are still okay but I find them a lot less enjoyable than the previous batch.The PD and EXP date is also…strange!My first (tasty batch) order said PD (packaged) 10/01/2023 and EXP 08/01/2024. Approx 12 months.This newest (Not so tasty) order says PD (packaged) 14/12/2022 and Expiry 14/02/2024 which is over 12 months. This means the bars that were made a month earlier, actually last a month longer??This is disappointing. The quality of these bars is obviously a little inconsistent. I was really hoping these would be a regular purchase but this has made me reconsider. I thought about ordering direct from the manufacturer but they are currently out of stock too.I love the ethics of the company but I am not sure I would order these again.The below review is based on the original order-These bars are fantastic and make a great snack.The have a lovely, soft, sticky texture, and a pleasant taste. If you enjoy peanuts, you will probably enjoy these.The are only 140 calories, they are vegan, gluten free, palm oil free, 6.1 grams of protein, and 7.8 grams of fiber. I have tried most of the flavors and these are probably my favorite.The bars are also well packaged and the best before date is around Jan 2024.I almost considered leaving a negative review, in a selfish attempt to deter people from buying them, lol. I want them all for me!! However, I do need them to sell plenty to keep making more of them. So, I guess I better give them 5 stars. Delicious bars, perfect snack for golf!

Have been buying this product for some time but it is not always available from the supermarket or online retailer I usually use. I was pleased to find them available on Amazon.

Die schmecken wirklich sehr lecker und sind gesund

Tolle Riegel und Preisleistung stimmt hier auch. Gute Nährwerte und vor allem kein Industriezucker enthalten, was mir auch sehr wichtig war. Geschmacklich erinnert mich das ganze an einen Nussriegel sehr natürlich. Wird auf jeden Fall wieder nachgekauft werden.

Mein Bauch ist nur durch das Essen dieser Riegel flacher geworden, ohne das ich trainiert habe, sie helfen der Verdauung und man fühlt sich gesünder und fitter👍🏼

Leider eine falsche Mengenangabe! Mir wurde der volle Kaufpreis erstattet! Leider kommt es bei den Riegeln sehr häufig zu einem Preisfehler! LG.
