I love this product.. I just received it about 3 maybe 4 days ago,I can honestly say on the first day I saw a different in my bowel movement I am starting slow so what I do is break a tablet in half and take half in the morning before breakfast and the other half in the evening before dinner.. and I feel that they are doing what I hoped for healthy bowel movements.. I am a very happy ..FYI.. customer service for the product is superb.. I will start taking a whole one next week.. I would and will recommend this product to family and friends.. thank you.. balance one..☺️.

This is an excellent probiotic and i like it that can sustain the stomachs acid.. the pressed capsules are easy to swallow no flavor whatsoever and do not need to be refrigerated. Thanks amazon for carrying this wonderful product.

I was given a really strong antibiotic some months ago. It has wreaked havoc with my immune system and has caused candida. Now I'm trying to restore my gut flora. This probiotic seems to have all the recommended strains. I took one pill and was nauseated and constipated for 2 days, so I haven't taken another. I'm going to try cutting one in half and go with that for a day or two and see how that works out. I've had trouble with constipation in the past, so I'm not surprised that this happened, but I'd like to keep trying, because I DO want to get things back to some semblance of normalcy. If necessary, I'll update.UPDATE: After taking one of these pills a week ago, I'm still having problems with constipation. This probiotic is powerful! I'm not saying it's bad. But if you've had issues with constipation in the past, be careful. Things were working okay for me before I took it, and I still can't get back to normal bowel movements since I took it. I kept waiting for things to settle down, and I was going to try taking half, but my gut still isn't working right. It's very frustrating that I stopped taking it because of severe constipation and a week later, I'm still having problems.UPDATE 12/1/23: I continued to have problems with constipation for several months after discontinuing this probiotic. I happened to read a review of another supplement I had started a month PRIOR to this one. I had taken another version of that supplement without problems. I happened to read a research paper of the other supplement and found that it was useful for people suffering from IBS-D (diarrhea). A light bulb went off. I discontinued taking that supplement, and after a couple of weeks, my constipation began to get better. So the constipation was not solely because of this probiotic. I wanted let people know that I was wrong in believing that this probiotic was the sole cause of my severe constipation.

This product along with the balance one liver support completely changed my life!! For reference, I am a 27 year old female, 5’4 height and 135 lbs. Amazing product- most important factor to me is the time -release formulaI started taking pro-biotics to restore my gut health back to normal which was unhealthily impacted due to menopause.I’ve tried a few different brands before trying Balance One and I was unhappy with the results from the other brands so upon seeing an ad for Balance One I decided to give it a try and I have to say this brand has helped me tremendously in my journey back to health & wellness & most importantly my gut health is once again restored!This is the ONLY BRAND for ME :)
