I have finished one chapter so far and I found it 'not so easy to read'.+ves: There are no pages missing or printing issues.-ves: The paper is very thin, so at times you could see some text printed on the other side of the page.

If you want to make a successful transition into cyber security, the CISSP is a great place to start. It provides in-depth knowledge and understanding of all eight security domains, allowing for a seamless transition into Cyber Security.This book assisted me in passing my exam. Well to be frank this book really helped me clearing some concepts but one should not rely only on this book.Nice and detailed book with decent quality @ 700Rs

The domains of CISSP are divided into smaller modules (22 chapters) which makes it better while preparing, and the language is easy to understand. The concepts are very well explained in enough depth needed for the exam, as well as to understand the concept without having to go online, with good real world examples. Preferred this over other CISSP material available.

Content wise Nice as expected .. but the paper quality could have been more better

Delivery was right on time and book arrived in good condition as expected.Content of the book is really good and covers all the 8 domains of CISSP. Paper quality is not as good as I expected and need to be handled delicately.

If you are studying for the CISSP examination this book is essential. Its very detailed and of a substantial size. It covers each of the 8 domains and contains all the "knowledge" that you will need to learn. Its well written and can be quite heavy going at times, but that is the way the exam is. I have only recently successfully passed the examination and consider this book my - Goto book for studying. Whilst there are other CISSP books out there which will complement this book, there are none out there that I consider should replace this book. I would recommend to anyone who is planning to take the CISSP exam to get this book and start reading it well in advance of the exam itself.

If you are looking to sit the CISSP exam then this is the book for you.Clearly arranged with numerous images to help understand more complicated subjects.Comes with access to over 1000 online questions to practise on to get you prepared.I would suggest going into this book (and the exam) with a fair amount of knowledge and experience already under your belt.I can confirm the exam is far from easy - and is very "management" focused. So I would say that when going through the book try and apply what you learn to real situations.

Very well laid out and clear text. Good review questions at end of each chapter, and studying chapters in order is fine, you don't need to jump around.. The online tests are helpful, but you will find that they reuse questions from the book.You should have the CISSP Book of Knowledge too because it does refer to it, but I found that as long as your security knowledge is reasonable to start with, it wasn't vital.

This is the defecto CISSP book in my opinion having been on official courses and receive the official materials. Just make sure you also order the test questions, and also the CISSP CBOK reference manual which goes in to more detail on specific topics.

So I booked the exam and used this as my only source of study. Mad, yes, but I did pass and that is all you need to know. Read the book, learn and you can pass. No expensive course, online sessions, just the book
