Forget any other resistance bands on Amazon. I've been through three sets and these are by far the best. Others are super thing and flimsy. The material ones seek good for durability but they have limited stretch that inhibits the main purpose. These are great. Even the red one is a solid workout for squats. For reference I squat 90,kgs quite happily in the gym. The red is probably equivalent to about 30-40kgs at the top in feeling when squatting. I'd recommend these over anything else.

I've been using these for a couple of months and just ordered a second set, so that I can exercise both arms at once and the like.The bands are very solid and stand up to all the use I've tried, though I've been doing general resistance band exercises, not assisted pull-ups. The three bands are a decent selection of resistance, for me as an unfit man in my mid-30s. Green is good for loose "warm-up" exercises, giving a bit more resistance to a stretch. Purple is good for light strength work and black is heavier. And obviously you can combine bands or fold them in half to get more resistance in finer gradations, or tie them to something very solid for a wider variety of exercisesBasically, for £20~ and an afternoon of internet research, you get the tools to do a solid set of exercises in your own home, and you can easily stuff at least the green or purple band in your pocket to exercise on the go

Prompt delivery, good quality and value for money. Green ideal for stretching and warming up people great for a crossfit type workout. The black band is a bit too much for my needs. Would of preferred one just above purple. That is just my personal requirement as I'm not using them specifically for pull ups. Nothing at all wrong with the quality and probably ideal for someone looking to work on their pullups specifically.Absolutely chuffed with the purchase.Great service thanks.

5 year update: Two of my three bands just snapped. This is probably just due to age/perishing. I've never tied knots in them or stretched them beyond 2X length - usually just 1.5X. They served their purpose (getting me able to do pullups) and more, so no complaints from me.-----Original review:This 3 pack seems much cheaper than alternatives. I had previously bought a different make single band (50-125lb) for £14. For just a pound more this is a set of 3. The quality appears just as good, and for what it's worth, the packaging is nice, you could keep the box for storage.

Seems like a very high quality product, but time will tell. I've bought these to train towards a muscle up, and they're perfect for me. I've tested these to determine exactly how much assistance the band's are offering, here's what I found.If you understand a little bit about physics, you'll know that the further you stretch the band's the more assistance you'll get. So bare in mind that I'm 170cm. If you're taller you'll get more assistance on pull ups, if you're shorter you'll get less. That being said here are my findings.Green band: 4 kg assistancePurple band: 12 kg assistanceBlack band: 22 kg assistanceBasically what this means is that, combining all 3 bands, you'll feel about 38kg lighter when performing pull ups. This should be suitable for beginners if you're on the lighter side weight wise, but if you're a beginner weighing over roughly 65-70 kg (men) or over around 55 kg (women) then its possible that you'll require a higher level of resistance.Hope this was helpful!

My resistance band has a maximum resistance of about 25kg.

On the recommendation of my personal trainer I bought some pull up bands. I searched Amazon and found these at a good price. They arrived very quickly (ordered Friday, arrived Monday) so I was able to use them that evening. The bands are not as wide as my PT's , so I thought they wouldn't be strong enough, but they seem very resilient and perfect for the job at hand. Whether they'll get me beach body ready for the summer is yet to be seen....

Bought this set of three in 2020 and they have been great, no issues at all, all have been used between 1 to 3 times a week over past two years, as good as the day they were bought. There is also a free downloadable guide that comes via a link. So impressed I’ve bought a second set so that I can do supported gym ring work. Arrived on time, all bands look good, a brief tester stretch shows no issues. Note to future buyers- you have to select the photo of the band you want and that is the product that will arrive!
