Measurements are not correct
Ordered a 16x16 but the interior measurement where it fits into the wall was supposed be 15..62 it is instead 16.5. So when trying to fit into a 16x16 wall hole (between studs) makes it impossible to fit.

Works very well for plumbing access cover nicely made and very sturdy

Easy to install, but a little less rigid than I was hoping
Used it in a custom storage box that I made, to serve as an access point. Works great!

Do not recommend
I ordered this. The first one came in and the door did not sit in the frame straight. They immediately sent another. The second one had the problem the first one did, but one of the hinges was not attached either. Amazon quickly refunded my money. The material is very flimsy.
