Q: Does it leak water badly like the other clay water jugs found in Amazon? I'm hoping for an answer from someone who purchased this.

No it doesn't leak water, but you can always wrap it with fabric

Q: Can I write on this if I’m only using this for decoration

Use it to save water It makes the water more healthy when it stays in the bowl at least an hour and the longer the better

Q: My pot has stopped sweating, how can I clean to do it will sweat again?

You may use a half lemon submerged with any kind of salt and rub the jar all over. For the inside of the pot you can also add lemon juice of 1 squeezed lemon and add 2 teaspoon salt and add a handfull small clean stones of your preference and shake the jar with 1/4 cup of water that will scrub the jar and remove the debris as well as it will sanitize it. Later air dry it out for 1 day preferably if you put it in the sun it's even better. Then reuse.
