Simple ingredients. A bit spicy but made a great chicken marinade with coconut milk.

A little goes a long way 👊
A little of this stuff goes a long way toward making anything (well, everything I tried it with so far) taste great!Loved it in a tuna / egg salad sandwich, with a ribeye and especially in vinaigrette.

Tasty and easy way to spice up your food
Want to spice your food with a refreshing yet good spice then this is for you. Really reminds me of being back in Japan. While you don't get lots you do get enough to last a while as you don't need to add too much to flavor your food unless you want a really intense flavor of it. As it's resealable I leave it in my fridge to preserve the flavor longer and as it's in a pouch it's easy to store.

A Flavorful Revolution in a Jar
YUZUCO - Yuzu Kosho is a delightful condiment that I truly enjoy using. I find its flavor to be deeply satisfying, with a vibrant yuzu aroma that immediately captures my attention. I use it sparingly because a little goes a long way, and each time I add it to my dishes, it feels like a culinary revelation. I particularly love how it elevates both fish and meat dishes, making every bite more exciting. The fresh citrus and spicy pepper blend perfectly, creating a unique experience that keeps me coming back for more.I feel that the price of $12.89 is quite reasonable given the quality and potency of the product. Even though the jar is only 3.5 ounces, I find that it lasts a long time because I only need a small amount each time. This makes the cost-performance ratio excellent in my opinion. It feels like a premium Japanese product that is worth every cent, especially for those who appreciate authentic and bold flavors. One interesting way I experimented with this yuzu kosho was by mixing a small amount with balsamic dressing and soy sauce to create a quick and delicious Japanese-style salad dressing. I was surprised by how well the flavors blended, adding a complex depth to my salads that I hadn’t expected. I recommend others try this as a simple way to add sophistication to everyday meals. On the downside, I don’t have major complaints, but since I only use small quantities each time, it will probably take a long time to finish the jar. This might be a downside for those who want to use it frequently or in larger amounts. However, that also speaks to how concentrated and flavorful this condiment is, so it’s a bit of a trade-off.Overall, I would describe this product as a fragrance-rich, spicy revolution in seasoning that embodies trusted Japanese quality. It adds vibrant flavor and excitement to my cooking, and I find myself reaching for it regularly. I give it 5 stars because of its outstanding flavor, versatility, and excellent value for its size. It truly transforms simple dishes into something special.

totally delicious
yummy - a mix of citrus, salty and spicy - a little goes a long way with this. I like to use this with eggs, just a small dollop and it transforms my breakfast! This is also great with rice and if I thin it out with mirin or cooking sake, this makes a great marinade. So good and very authentic

Delish! And at this price, it'd better be
Honest review: my first time buying this product. I tried it immediately and it is, beyond question, delicious. It will be ridiculously good in the dish I am making. However, the label says "3 simple ingredients," and one of those is salt! Why, then, the hefty price tag??? At over $13 bucks for a little 3.5 ounce pouch, I sure can't keep buying it. So, I'm going to figure out how to recreate it in my kitchen. Three simple ingredients? How hard can that be 😉.

Spicy citrus
This is spicy with a nice citrus twist. I recommend using this with beef as I used it as a marinade for steak. It provides a citrus flavour that's salty and spicy at the same time but not overwhelming so I think it's great for Japanese style dishes.:)

Salty and spicy
I'm not sure exactly how to use this spice. I will need to look it up. It is intensely salty, basically flavored salt - like you might expect in a dry spice. It does taste rather like what you might expect, salt, plus bitter citrus, and chilis. But the salt is the primary ingredient, so I think you are limited infusing the other flavors into anything because you can only add so much salt.I think I will using it to make a brine. To be clear, it's a lovely color and tastes fresh. I don't doubt the quality at all, I just don't know what one is supposed to do with it!
