Dont work. Pointless and sugary.I think they have since removed the sugar and improved formula but can't speak on that.

Haven’t noticed any change
We wanted these to work so much, but haven’t made any difference at all. After months of our 4yr old not falling asleep unless we’re there and him getting up throughout the night (record so far is 64 times), we tried these is a desperate attempt. Unfortunately there was no change and no calming affect noticed. These don’t seem to work on strong willed little boys.
