Better taste and texture - not as super-sweet as most honey.
I had bought organic honey and my husband bought me this. When I tried the two side-by-side there was a big difference. The color is a lighter brown with a slight texture to it and it's less sweet than the organic honey I'd bought. I like it a great deal more. It's thicker and tastes better (especially with tea). Glad to have it available on Amazon!
