I developed a HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE earlier this year. We have yet to diagnose the cause. I went through 3 different doctors and am now seeing a functional doctor who is (finally) running tests to get to the root cause. In this health journey, I learned that I can safely eat macadamia butter and started making it from scratch. When I came across Blueprints macadamia butter, I was very impressed to note that it only contains macadamias. Then, after reading the labels of a few of his other items, I decided to try this bar. OMG. YAY! Finally, a packaged handheld snack I can eat that I did not have to fix myself. I love the flavors, the texture, and everything about it. A bonus is that it is glucose-friendly, so it does not spike my blood sugar. WINNING!Why did you pick this product vs others?:Safe IngredientsQuality:Excellent

Wanted to like this protein bar as the ingredients seem great. My daughter ate one, and after the first bite, she was allergic to something in the bar. I was buying these for her as I prefer the vanilla flavor. After trying them, I like the plain one better; raspberries are a bit too sweet for me. They are small for the price.

I have eaten a lot of different protein bars. I have zero health issues. I normally rarely have any gas. I eat a regimented healthy high fiber diet. These gave me the worst gas I have experienced as far as I can remember. It took me a while to figure things out, but as soon as I cut them out the gas resolved. They have too much fat and probably too much allulose. Wish they had more protein. Taste was good, but nothing special

I bought the blueberry flavored bars thinking that it would be safe for a person on a low histamine diet due to the ingredients listed. I just wanted to let other people with histamine issues know that I have suffered since tasting this tasting this bar. It has set me back enormously. I have had a huge histamine reaction.

I look for quality and low sugar. That's why I keep ordering these!

I'm willing to sacrifice taste for premium ingredients and the most healthy protein bar I can consume. The taste is great. The texture is mediocre. Almost seems stale. And so tough to chew my jaw gets a little tired lol, and it is a very small bar. Not a big fan of the price either considering the amount of protein. It is anywhere from twice the price of your average healthish protein bar and half the protein.

Really enjoyed the bars. I found them to be perfect mix of sweetness and crunch to curb my appetite. We will purchase them again!
