Dove Shampoo Intensive Repair for Damaged Hair with Bio-Protein Care Technology and Amino Serum 28 Fl Oz

Background: I wash my hair every day, using the Purology dupe from Costco. I have thin hair that goes oily very easily, so I typically don't use any conditioner. I just had my hair highlighted (baby lights), and my hairdresser said my hair needs some serious love. She asked me NOT to wash it every day, especially after the treatment, and to give bonding/repairing shampoos/conditioners a try. She insisted I use a conditioner. Of course, she recommended Olaplex, but off I went to YouTube for a full day, and found this Dove line and few additional products could work just as well to repair my hair. Same active ingredients as in the more expensive products.Review: I'm VERY impressed by this shampoo and conditioner. I saw a noticeable difference within 1 week of using! I use the conditioner after every wash, and it does NOT weigh my thin hair down. Can't beat the price, and can't beat Dove. Generous size, will last me a while. Will definitely repurchase.(Per the hours spent on YouTube, I also use 1 squirt of OGX Nourishing Coconut Milk the night before I wash the hair, and Elizavecca's Hair Essence oil on damp hair, after I wash and condition with Dove Intensive Repair. Happy camper here, highly recommend it all).

Like many here, I was influenced to buy this shampoo by Abbey Yung and well, our girl did not tell a lie. This shampoo is phenomenal. My hair has never felt softer, more moisturized or looked shinier. The smell is insane. If they made a perfume with this scent, I'd be first in line to buy it. But if you're sensitive to scent, don't let this deter you because it's a very neutral clean scent. The texture of the shampoo feels very luxurious, like a high-end shampoo. I bought this a couple months ago and am about halfway done with the bottle so the value is amazing. I look forward to a long relationship with this shampoo (and the conditioner too!)

This shampoo was recommended by a social media influencer and she is spot on. This leaves your hair so soft and smelling fantastic. My daughter uses it too and she has always had coarser hair, she even raves about how soft her hair feels. Highly recommend.

I originally bought this shampoo (and conditioner) for my girlfriend. She ended up not liking it and said it made her hair feel too heavy. So I've been using it for the past 4 months and really like they way it leaves my hair feeling, it smells great and cleans well. I'll probably buy it again for myself!

This shampoo and conditioner is as good or BETTER than the expensive ones.My background:I went through EXTENSIVE chemo and radiation Oct 2023. Once my hair started coming back it was very curly and healthy. I've only colored it twice in over a year and don't use any heat on it. Recently it has become very dry and frizzy. I tried multiple high end shampoo and conditioners with no success.I decided to try this due to the great reviews. I am SO glad I did.After just 1 wash and condition my frizz was 90% gone and it smells so good. I always thought that dove shampoo and conditioner were runny and not very good. Boy was I wrong! They are both thick and creamy.My new go to shampoo and conditioner!!!Thank you DOVE!
