The taste of the gummy’s wasn’t overly sweet, which I love! I noticed a difference with my nails and skin within one week of taking the product. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking healthier hair and nails.

I ended up keeping my bottle sealed for just over a month while finishing out another supply, so this may be my fault… but I find the slightly wet sticky texture of these isn’t the most appealing. That said, the taste is nice, and I haven’t had any adverse reactions that I sometimes get with random supplement brands. My nails are in terrible condition but I have seen some small improvement since switching to these.Heads up - the B12 dosage is high! If you take another B12 (like I was previously,) then you might want to stop it while using these gummies.

These gummies have the most amazing citrusy taste! They’re a nice chewy consistency but not too sticky where they get stuck in your teeth. My go to for beautiful hair nails and skin!

These gummy’s actually taste pretty good. They’re not too chewy or too soft, I would say they got the texture right! Price is pretty good in my opinion. I haven’t been using them for a whole month yet but they seem to be helping a little a least. I was breaking out bad and my skin looks a lot better. I haven’t noticed anything with my hair though. Hopefully they help!

These drew me in with their ingredients, the claim they’re suitable for vegetarians, and that they’re made in the USA. I haven’t seen a vitamin with this particular mix of ingredients, especially the sea moss, which has been all over the place lately. These taste really great to me. I’ve been taking them a bit over a month now (I’ve forgotten a few times or skipped them when taking another multivitamin). I have not seen much change in my hair or nails yet. I haven’t had any adverse reactions to these, nor have I noted any crazy colored urine. My reason for removing 2 stars is that I haven’t seen an amazing difference, the dosing is confusing (bottle says a serving is 1 gummy, but the instructions say to take up to 2 times a day?), and because as other reviewers have mentioned, I’m confused about how this can be vegan or vegetarian friendly when it contains hydrolyzed collagen peptides, which I had understood come from animal sources. I’m still taking it since I hope that the company wouldn’t misrepresent that, but I am definitely questioning it.I’ll need longer to determine if I see results from these for hair, I think. As other mentioned, if they work, the price is great.

These gummies are a little different from the other gummies I have ordered. Usually, gummies are small and in the shape of a bear. These gummies are a little larger and square shaped. They are berry flavored and a little chewier than the usual gummy I am used to. They have no bad smells or aftertaste, and are slightly sweet even though they are sugar free. Full of vitamins and minerals, they support hair, skin, and nail health. I have been taking them for several weeks now, and I have noticed that my nails are less brittle and not as prone to breaking as they were before, so I would say that they are working!
