Q: Is there a trick to getting it to charge? I can't seem to get the charger to make a strong enough connection to allow charging

Mines worked by simply plugging the charger into the device but it’s magnetic I believe so make sure the point is all the way in, otherwise you may have a shortage try returning

Q: Is it bpa free? And Is it water resistant or water proof?
