I was a little hesitant to order this brand as the price was so much cheaper than the Neil Med brand bottles. But, it was also the $1.23 (give or take) that made me decide to give this a chance. I was pleasantly surprised I preferred the bottle over the Neil Med bottles! I actually didn't have any complaints about the Neil Med bottles until trying this one. The top piece that you put against nostril is smaller making it more comfortable than the Neil Med. The rest of the bottle is very similar. Seems to work just as well. Helps clear clogged nostrils. And it eve works with my Neil Med drying rack so that's a huge plus as it's pretty much identical in size. I also prefer the tube on the inside as it's clear while the Neil Med was white.My entire family uses the Neil Med to wash our their nasal passages so it can get kind of expensive to replace the bottles every 3 months at $10/bottle ($40 for fam of 4). This doesn't even include the saline packets. This makes it more affordable.I also recommend trying their saline solutions. I prefer them as well. I find them maybe a little gentler than the Neil Med saline solution packets. I don't tend to have any issues with the Neil Med saline solutions unless I rinse when I don't need to. I just felt this one was maybe more moisturizer or soothing and not quite as drying. My kids can find the Neil Med solition too drying at times. I am going to see if this brand is better for them.Very rarely do you find a product 1/10 of the price that you prefer but this is one of them. I highly recommend.

I wish I'd tried this long ago. I get bad sinus infections every now and then, and I've always used the traditional Neti pot to rinse my sinuses. Having to angle my head awkwardly was a literal pain. With this rinse bottle, I can just gently squeeze to get the flow going. I thought it might be too small, but it's perfect for rinsing both nostrils.

the interior tube is narrower than other products that I have used and therefore it restricts the volume of water, the water pressure. It is not a bad thing, just different. It creates a more subtle stream of water without much force.

After I go skiing for the night, I need something to flush out the good ole snout. Wish I would have got this months a go. Take care of that snout of yours. Cheap and does the trick. Happy skiing! Be safe.

It worked as intended. I am glad amazon was able to delivered it in time so I did not have to go to store.

It’s just a basic sinus rinse bottle, but this was the only one that wasn’t priced ridiculously for what it is. It was the cheapest I found across multiple retailers.

These have gotten expensive at other stores. When I bought these, the price point was lower than at the big box store. High quality and very effective!

I had been using a different brand but these were available and the price was right so I ordered a few. I like the shape of the nozzle better than the one I had. I will certainly buy them again. Because of radiation from cancer surgery, I have to irrigate my nasal passages twice a day. These fit the bill!
