Has 0 effect you're better off having 2 energy drinks. Had one in for over 10 minutes and had 0 effect, as well as the taste being horrid. I contacted Amazon to try and return this product, but got told to contact the manufacturer, which I have done, but haven't received any email back.

The pouches do give you a good boost to keep you going, I’m just struggling with them because the pouches keep splitting within 2 mins of places under gum, which causes me to remove them prematurely. So I can’t get my full hit of caffeine.

As someone who reguarly works nightshifts, and has to balance daytime nights with daytime functioning on the weekend, my sleep schedule is beyond scuffed. I'm always looking for effective caffeine products, and this isn't it...The taste is horrible. Incredibly overpowering, and less "mint" more just "spicy". The pouches themselves have a horrible texture. They're not dissolvable or anything, and you've gotta spit them back out.Price isn't that good - £20 for 45. Gum is generally a better alterative, and leads to a better experience as you don't focus on it like these pouches. I'd avoid these ones.They do work, and the caffeine is noticable, but other products are much better.

There are 3 containers in the set with each 15 pouches.So this is a very smart and easy way of taking caffeine especially when you are in a hurry and on the go. I need caffeine daily thorough coffee or tea daily to stay fresh and awake however sometimes I don’t have time to prepare. This is a great alternative because you can just pop them in your bag and then consume when needed.These are easy to take and taste good. I chose fresh mint which even gives a fresh breath. Just pop one in your mouth but don’t swallow the pouch. It will release the powder itself.It does give me energy and has kept me awake and fresh whenever I have taken one.Highly recommended and worth the price.
