Heath benefits inflammation
Greater thru bags so u know exactly what’s in the tea bag. Let the bag stew in the cup for at least 2-3mins before sipping. Add some local honey and enjoy.. I drink a cup every night, for health henifits

Not bitter and easy to drink
Value for 50 bags is great. The bags are in a material and not paper-love that. The size of the bags are small. You just heat up your water, steep for 12 minutes (I also use a mug warmer) and stir. I drink straight, no honey. I enjoy that it’s not super bitter. I have mixed with MCT powder.
