Shipped with cooler packs
Relieved when I got this to see it was in an insulated sleeve with cooler packs! No chips were melted despite the July heat. I ordered 5lbs and received five 1lb bags, well sealed. I tried one and it tasted like Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate, and looked fresh (no bloom). Happy with everything and will purchase again when I run out :)

If I could give 0 I would. What a rip off, DO NOT buy this, 20 bucks for a small bag of chocolate chips !!! I received a small bag.....cannot be a pound !! I want a refund !!
