After having read " The Kefir Solution" by Shann Nix Jones", I was motivated to try Kefir rather than steroid to address my, on and off, bouts of eczema. I already do water kefir at home, I don't have any dairy product from cows but my GP is concerned about calcium, my nutritionist is concerned about my gut and a microbiologist I know said a glass of this a t bed time would benefit both. I've also had chronic psoriasis for 48 years and I hear good things about the goat kefir. It is more pleasant to drink than I expected has a goats cheesy aftertaste but otherwise great. We'll see how things go.

Tried it for 2 months and didn’t notice improvement in my health, skin, IBSIt took me a while to work up to the dose.At first a large amount gave me heart palpitations at first. But after a while tolerated it better.It’s hard to say, I didn’t notice much difference

The taste is awful it takes me 30 mins to drink it and I have added stevia. If I eat or drink immediately after I am sick.However my IBS d symptoms are slightly better. I have had a couple of flare ups. It’s not the cure I had hoped .

Pretty strong taste for a kefir newbie who had only tasted the shop bought variety. After 2 weeks love it straight from fridge unadulterated ! Had a wee eczema flare up @ day 10 but gone again . Will keep on with this !

On my second batch still no improvement on my IBS will try one more batch
