Love, love, love this pan! It is extra large and deep. The food does not stick to it. So easy to clean. Fairly lightweight, yet substantial. Non-toxic, which is one of the main reasons I had for choosing it. It is good to read the inclosed information about it which just give simple tips on how to use it and keep it looking its best. I give it no special care except for heating it up for 90 seconds before putting oil in it, as the instructions suggest doing. I do not remember if the description said it was okay to use stainless or not, but silicone and wood work very well, and that is what I use. A very nice pan for many uses, including stir or frying a large amount of chicken, or whatever.

Review for Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro:This is a great pan and quickly becoming one of my favorite cooking tools. It is a clean pan without PFAS which I appreciate. It can also sustain higher temperatures than other non stick pans. I initially was concerned over the surface area of the pan but the depth is great decreasing spatter and spillage of any food/liquids. My first meal using the Always Pro was sirloin steaks with fettucine alfredo and spinach. It did a great job with the steaks providing a good sear and crust. I wiped out the pan and made my sauce and the pan more than accommodated the addition of the pasta. It works best cooking meats, eggs do ok but stick a little. Out of curiosity I tried making a pancake which was not a good idea due to the textured surface.The only drawback with this pan is the clean up. You have to do some scrubbing due to the textured surface. I purchased a brush which helps to clean the metal circular pattern inside the pan. Other than that this pan is really something special.

I thought it was a little expensive until I saw all of the scratches in my "non-stick" coated pans. Follow the instructions that come with it, it’s not hard just add a tiny bit of oil, preheat for 90 seconds and I have yet had anything stick at low or high temperatures.Once you get the hang of how the pan heats & retains heat, I think you'll like it too, plus I get to use SS utensils instead of plastic!

This has been an absolute game changer in the kitchen. Pay for quality and absolutely worth it!Much better cooking experience. Sturdy and looks incredible with the polished steel. It is an investment in longer term cooking and holds up well in the dishwasher.Will be investing in the larger version soon.

I wish I could give this pan 5/5 without reservations, but unfortunately that’s not the case. Purchased Dec 2, 2024 and used until now (March 2). So within 3 months the knob on top of the lid broke off somehow. Strangely, it had always felt secured but as I was cooking and moved the lid, the knob became detached. Until that moment I was quite happy with my purchase although this was the most expensive pan I had ever used, I felt that quality was worth paying for…So fast forward, I contacted Our Place customer service, within one week I had a whole new pan set (pan, lid, and wooden spoon). Customer service saved the day!I will continue using this product and will see if this new set lasts. If it does, I would not hesitate to recommend and order more products from this company.Although an issue came up, they were quick at addressing the problem. I only hope they do more product testing and evaluation to ensure the highest quality product at such high prices.

I admittedly had my doubts about the effectiveness of the non stick titanium frying pans, but I followed the clear instructions and couldn't be happier with this product. For my first use, I fried up potatoes, peppers, onions eggs and cheese for a breakfast burrito.Absolutely nothing stuck to the pan. This is the product that I've been searching for. Well made, effective and no harmful applied coatings. I like it so much that I'm going to order a second one.But this pan! You won't be disappointed

Bought this pan because we had an original OurPlace Always and love it. This pan is super durable, has a nice weight to it and cleans up really easily. We absolutely love these pans and definitely recommend them!

Works well and seems like it will last a long time. Comparable to using a cast iron pan, but better because it can be cleaned with soap and doesn't get any build up. If you expect this to be like teflon, you may be disappointed. But this is better because you don't have to worry about the toxic chemicals in teflon.
