I can't really say too much on this item. I didn't personally use the cups. I did pump the vacuum pump while the cups were on someone else. Definitely a new experience. I can comment on price, packaging, quality. Quality seems pretty good. Pricing was fair. Comes in a decent little box to store pieces, pump, etc.Pretty interesting science or method behind this. I have a lot more to learn. But it's something new and interesting, so right on harrd on.NOTE: If you follow manual and pump until the skin reaches the level suggested in the manual it will definitely show later on. Very noticeable about 2 days after the cupping session. Be mindful of where you put the cups. People might get the wrong idea cuz there are a group of bruises on your shoulder or anywhere noticeable.

Genuinely didn’t know if this would work, I had a really bad cold and aches that made my back just miserable. Especially in an upper part you can never crack or get yourself. I got these as a last resort because I didn’t want to keep relying on asprin. I was able to hook this around and get the spots I needed. I didn’t have it on as long as suggested but you can tell where it’s darker on the sides of the rings that I had congestion and inflammation released. The magnetic points included are also a must! It’s a pinch for the first 2 minutes about after that + when you take them off omg I felt like a 12 year old with how good my back felt. I did this on my bf after a shoulder workout and he was so surprised with how it relieved the stains. 12/10 product

This was highly recommended from my physical therapist. I was hesitant because of it being very inexpensive. I was truly surprised by how well it worked, and was very easy to use. I use it several times a week for inflammation in my lower back from pinched nerves. It’s something I can do on my own if my husband isn’t around to help. I’m satisfied with this product.

I love the kit of cupping devices I received. I had to ask my massage person how to use it. Instructions would have helped. They are easy to use and the cord helps with hard to reach places.

The cupping kit is just like what professionals use. Very easy to use.

At first it was easy to use and really helped with releasing the pressure in certain parts of your body that are in pain. After using it maybe four times since buying I realize the cord that you need to connect to the cup and pump gets stuck on the cup after you suck up your body in it. It is very difficult to take it off, not sure if this problem is normal after using it or not.

My chiro was doing this on me and it was quitr expensive. This had instructions and it seems hard to do it wrong so why not buy the set and do it yourself. This was a quality set and works as advertised.
