These are easy to use and taste okay. In the Florida August heat the electrolytes are a nice addition to the water bottle. Very light on sugar which makes them better than the big brand sugar drinks with electrolytes. They dissolve with bubbles. On very hot days, the water bottle may get slightly pressurized and you may get a spray when you start to sip, not a problem if you know it's coming.

I use these for trail running and cross country mountain biking in the desert southwest. Pop one in a water bottle then hit the trail! Easy to take along as well for when you can only refill bottles with water along the route. The taste is decent and the light fiz improves drinkability. Very efficient way to take on electrolytes without any fuss, empty bottles to keep track of or sticky pouches.

These tablets are great for cramp prevention for my 10+ mile runs. They also give me a bit of an energy boost for runs and gym workouts - I belive they improve my performance. Very happy with the purchase. I bought the lemon lime because they were cheaper, but ended up really liking the taste. Goes down really well. Tasty and effective.

I bought the variety pack for my son who races mountain bikes. He has been training for a long race and we have been experimenting with different drinks and flavors to see what works and what might upset his stomach. We use the GU energy gels which he loves but we needed some hydration and electrolyte replenishment. We tried these tablets. From a hydration and electrolyte standpoint they work. However, not all flavors were tolerable. The orange and strawberry lemonade were the best. The orange was very chalky and what he referred to as " manufactured " flavor. So now we now and will buy the two flavors he likes. YMMV as they say.

High quality, great for training for marathons

I absolutely love the electrolyte pop that this gives, without all the unhealthy additives from the main sports drink brands. I would argue it hits a satiating thirst crave better than those drinks do for people that are more health-oriented and have a good gut microbiome, at least that's my suspicion based on my experience.
