Learned about artichoke and how it helps with estrogen dominance. My breastfeeding toddler has had breast tissue since birth and is obviously getting too much estrogen from me. I’ve been using this product for 3 months now. I started slow with 1 capsule a day and the first month my period was awful. Maybe one of the worst it’s ever been- debilitating, nonstop cramps, bloating, all the emotions, back pain, sweating, migraines, nauseous, hormonal breakout, very heavy flow. I was just miserable. Those were all very normal symptoms for me, but they were definitely heightened after starting this. This product was recommended by a naturopathic Dr. And it works very well, but it's definitely gone up in price and is taking advantage of the hype. Tip* there are other artichoke supplements that work just as well and are not as pricey. Look for ingredients and good quality non commercial name brands. I will not be purchasing this particular brand unless it's price becomes reasonable.

A friend told me about this supplement… I’ve had pcos due to birth control so my hormones were everywhere! This is highly recommended if you’re dealing with pcos or hormone issues period. It took me 6 days to get my period by taking this! I started off with 1 day then upped it to 2 so now it’s 2 a day will continue to update if I get pregnant..
