The product and the service was very good and it arrived very quickly. The instructions were very easy to follow, but do read them very carefully before you start the procedure.I pricked my finger as instructed with the Lancet but I couldn't seem to get enough blood out. I had to make several attempts on several finger and really squeeze them to get the required amount.My fingertips were bruised and very sore for weeks. Even after a few months it still felt like I had a splinter in my finger where it had healed hardened inside.It may just be my experience and may not be problematic to others, but it has put me off ever doing another home kit test.

I will like to thank the ladies who helped me understand how there’s process works. They being so supportive and helpful. Even my sample got haemolytic. High recommended the lab.

I have had terrible problems communicating with this company. Neither of their published telephone numbers work properly. I have tried communicating by email and half a dozens emails later I have not resolved the issues. I have asked for a manager call back. I was promised one. This has not happened yet.

Arrived next day, Very Clear instructions, included everything necessary to take test and extra's, return package and return packaging all pre labeled and promised results in a couple of days

Registered the kit and sent the blood off, received nothing. It depends on Royal Mail, which can be problematic! Got a very helpful person who apologised and sent refund and new test. Got results very quickly. Can recommend.

I've done a few of these finger prick self testing kits and this one is as easy to use as I've got used to.The instructions are clear and the results arrived quickly - impressive service.

This is easy enough to use. Much like any other at home test. I as usual had a bit of trouble getting enough blood despite using all the tricks but results are within a few days and this is fairly good value for anyone interested in their cortisol.
