Good quality backpack
Very good quality. Sturdy and strong straps. Lots of space and compartments too. Great value for money.

Looks good, but zip busted before even first use
The media could not be loaded. Well, it looked good when it was delivered in March, but I didn't need to use it until today, 15th April. It is not as good as it looks, the main fault is the zip in the compartment where the lap top goes. Basically, after packing for the first time, (for trip to Portugal tomorrow), the zip burst open and was not secure. It is to insecure to use on this trip, thankfully I still have my old bag which I can use. As I had it delivered on the 19th March I cannot send it back within the time window as I will be out of the country until the 28th April, which is outside of the returns window. So be warned, it is not as good as expected, and if I could of returned it time it would of been.

Great bag!
Bought this for my husband and it’s the perfect fit for his lunch laptop and other bits for work. Feels sturdy and the quality is great. Comfort on the strap are great too due to the padding
