Worked great I used it to count costumers at our craft show.

UPDATE: I do still believe a longer return/refund would be very appropriate but when I had an issue with a product malfunction the seller made things right- replacing it; I am very impressed with the function of the unit and very pleased with theor customer service!

Maybe it's just my location, but this would add upwards of 300 extra people per day. Maybe that would be a rounding error at, say, Disneyland, but we only receive at most a few dozen visitors per day. Could never figure out why - it would even go up overnight with the lights off and the doors locked. Overall a bummer of a purchase and more frustrating than just counting by hand. Maybe you can figure out what is causing the problem and fix it in your location?

We bought this for a store and installed it at the entrance, however, it did not work for me because the security systeminterferes with the signal. I cannot return I because I ordered from outside the USA.This is the risk you take when buying items on-line . At a box store, you know you can make returns if it fails to work.

Excellent customer service, we ordered 3 sets and 1 started experiencing problems after installed. We contacted the seller and we will have it replaced.

When I first saw this counter I thought it might be a cool upgrade for my coffee shop, but then I was held back by the price. But then I asked myself how much I was willing to pay for reliable statistical data that I can use to improve client conversion and increase profits. Turned out, $200 wasn’t such a great price to pay. I read the reviews which said it was very accurate and easy to use so I decided to go ahead and order it. The product wasn’t a disappointment. The description is correct and 100% reliable. I’m happy I convinced myself into buying this device, it’s really worthy.

Worked fine for a little while, then out of nowhere started giving wildly inaccurate numbers. We average around 300 customers in a day, and it's reading upwards of 9,000. It's fine if you only want it for a little while, but it is not a long-term viable product.

This is probably the best visitor counter I’ve ever seen. It is super accurate, easy to install, portable and compact. I have a wide entryway in my store and most of the counters are just not strong enough for it. This one is just perfect. It’s very easy to use, but hard to misuse (I mean that you cannot reset the count without a special magnetic key). That’s pretty cool, because things happen and I want to rely on it for correct figures which I will be able to use for analytical purposes. This is a great buy, definitely worth its money
