Takes time to discern efficacy
This takes time to determine whether it works effectively. So far, it works one night, and doesn't another. It was recommended by my physician. I think this says a lot. I took it for two months, then switched to the time-release version, which is no better. But it sure does taste good. Delicious strawberry flavor.
