Thai Taste Gaeng Leung Pak Tai Yellow Curry Paste 200 g (Pack of 6)

Thai dishes are my passion, so I was really pleased when I found a curry paste that made a good Thai Curry. Have used the red and yellow pastes and they're amazingly good. I've tried every other make I can find but none can hold a light to Thai Taste.It's got to the stage now where I look for the brand first and decide on the flavour after.Even found an old tub on the back of the pantry shelf that was a year past its BBE date and it was still amazingly good (not that I'm recommending that!)Thank goodness for Thai Taste; living "out in the sticks" we don't have a Thai restaurant for miles so rely on products like this.

I only wish these were on sale when I purchased them, even though they were a good price/deal. I could not find Thai Yellow Curry paste in the shops/supermarkets and it was easier to purchase online.Makes a great vegetable (in our case pumpkin or potato) curry. I know where I will look the next time I need to purchase.

Well pleased with the paste - yellow curry paste is so difficult to find. Seemed expensive but each pot will make 2 meals for 4 people OK.

Never heard of yellow Thai curry until I saw tricky Ricky on tv with a bloke called David Thompson making Thai yellow prawn curry.Didn't want to spend ages following what DT did, would probably struggled find some of the ingredients anyway. Found this stuff on Amazon and I really like it. I didn't follow the instructions on the tin, it more fun to experiment. Just cut the cut up the chicken into bite size pieces, (didn't use prawns!), then coat in a Tbl spoon of paste per portion, fry for a few minutes, add coconut milk and sultanas, then simmer until your rice is done, perfect. Nice mild curry, and each packet will make probably half a dozen portions depending how hot you like it.

This yellow curry paste is delicious and versatile. I was really pleased with the packaging, delivery & the product is great. Very happy with my purchase.
