I love everything liposomal, and I love quercetin, so the addition of this being tasty and in a small bottle (easy to fit in the fridge) made this really nice for me. I love that the dose is only a teaspoon, because I’m good at estimating that. The flavor is a mild, sweet citrusy flavor, and I mix it in water and it turns it milky. Very nice! I have to rinse the glass with a couple more swishes of water to get it all out.

Rho Nutrition Liposomal QuercetinI’ve previously taken Vitamin C with Quercetin, and it’s good to also have this 6oz liquid form as a separate supplement option.Taste: Quercetin is naturally bitter but there’s a mild sweetness from the Stevia, and hint of lime or some similar citrus flavor.I take Quercetin for the many health benefits, and this appears to be a quality product.

I read that quercetin is an antioxidant that can be helpful in protecting the body from damage from free radicals. (Googling led me to a few pages on the National Institute of Health - NIH - website, where I learned that free radicals are constantly generated both internally and in the environment, and can result in extensive damage to tissues and can lead to conditions such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease, renal diseases, cardiac abnormalities, etc., )I have taken an antioxidant "vitamin" pill for years (my uncle, an expert on nutrition, vitamins and other supplements recommended them, and I just trusted his opinion), so I thought I'd give these drops a try.They meet all of my important criteria: They're manufactured in the USA in a GMP-certified facility using non-GMO ingredients. And the slightly thick liquid has a sweet, lemony flavor that I find pleasant.I looked at WebMD to learn a little more about quercetin, and read that you should be careful if you are taking drugs such as antibiotics, cyclosporine, warfarin, or drugs that are changed by the liver. I don't see anything about that on the bottle or the Amazon ad (the label only says to consult a doctor before taking it, and not take it if you're pregnant). It's also comparatively pricey. Because of these reasons, I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5.

This tastes good alone but I prefer to mix it in with water and a water flavoring. So far I haven’t noticed any negative side effects from this! It tastes good and mixes well. I like this more than pills or capsules hopefully for better absorption.

I have been taking quercetin in pill form for years and years. However, I was really intrigued by this liquid form which could potentially be absorbed better. It’s really easy to use by just mixing a teaspoon of this into a glass of water, or you can just take it straight. The flavor is nice, and it’s a pleasant tropical fruit taste. I find this really easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and it’s definitely easier to swallow than capsules, at least for me.

Personally I don’t like the flavor of this product and am not seeing / feeling the results quite yet!
