I bought this product on the 14/07/2024. I have used it just once. Being a novice , I still found it easy to use. However the dryer just stopped working the second time I tried to use it, and it had been just a month and a half from the date of purchase. Since the return window has lapsed, I had to make multiple calls to Amazon customer service . Also I wrote to the Tymo India website , they said it’s not from their site and hence refused to take back the product. The website or the phone number on the box Is illegible. There is no warranty period mentioned as well on the pamphlet .I wonder Jr’s the product is genuine. Hopefully Amazon will be able to help me now that I have raised a complaint again.

The brush part looks round But IT IS FLAT. And so very difficult to use it. And it does NOT do what it says. Blow dry without frizz. IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.And at this price, my purchase was a BIG mistake.

It’s good product but unfortunately the motor making over heating noise and burnt smell ..
